Delivery Policy

At CCTV System Zone, we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
Home delivery and courier office pickup options are available depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Orders confirmed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka City: 1–2 working days

• Outside Dhaka City: 2–5 working days

• Remote areas may require additional time depending on courier service availability.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳ 70

• Outside Dhaka: ৳ 120

• Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before final payment.

Large or heavy items may include additional delivery fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number via SMS, email, or Messenger.
You can track your package directly from the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order.
If delivery fails both times, you may need to collect your package from the courier office.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas.
Please ensure the mobile number and address you provide are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

9. Change of Address

You can request a delivery address change before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
